Zoho App : Complain Registration System

BomKart is a Mumbai based company which supplies watches , best selling books ,mobiles ,cameras and accessories ,computer products,healthcare products etc. Currently , it caters to almost 10 regions of Mumbai and growing fast.Since the company is growing rapidly,the management wants to bring the company in order.It plans to make things centralized &easy.As a part of this decision, company wants to design a customer complain register system so that customer can register their complains easily  from any part of Mumbai and keep track of their complain .It will be easy for the company as well to keep track of the complaints and solve them accordingly. 



Requirements:
1) Company needs the detail of the customer which include his name,gender,date of birth ,date of purchase,email id & other relevant personal details while registering for the complaint . The customer should tell about the nature of complain & the current status of the device. After registering the customer should get an email with relevant complain number.

2)Now the customer should be able to track his application by entering his name , email id and his complaint number. He should know what is the current status of his complaint.

3)Customer should also have the provision for providing the feedback. After receiving the service ,he should explain his satisfaction level about the service he serviced .
